About The Position

As a Runner, your primary focus will be delivering food to the guests. Additionally, you will provide support to the front-of-house operations as needed, such as clearing and resetting tables and assisting with other tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are delivered promptly to the correct tables.
  • Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders before serving guests.
  • Communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen team.
  • Responsible for Food/Menu knowledge
  • Assist servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized.
  • Complete daily side work as assigned by management.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
