About The Position
Runway 84 is seeking to hire Food Runner to join our team! Up to $1,000+ per week! ($7.98/hour + Tips) Anthonys Runway 84, a Fort Lauderdale staple since 1982, this Italian-American supper club is coming back stronger than ever with a major renovation. Come take flight with us as we embark on a new journey welcoming our new guests and countless regulars. We are looking for positive, professional, hospitable and engaged ladies and gentlemen to join our crew. Responsibilities
- Obtain and Maintain a working knowledge of all food menus, ingredients and garnishes
- Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
- Obtain anything guests may need upon request at the delivery of their food.
- Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food.
- Keep kitchen station clean and organized.
- Insure all dishes reflect the standards of the restaurant.
- Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and co-workers.
- Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
- Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.
