About The Position

Hilton Anatole is looking for their next Food Runner at SER, Steak and Spirits. Texas-sized event space meets resort pool fun in Dallas! When guests stay at the Hilton Anatole, just north of Dallas, they'll find an entertainment complex designed to relax and delight, an outdoor pool complex with slides and a lazy river, an award-winning fitness club, a spa, dining options, and more! The ideal candidate is a guest focused, energetic team player that brings at least (1) years of restaurant experience. Shift Pattern: Evenings, Monday through Saturday, holiday availability required What will I be doing? As a Food Runner, you would be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Prepare and replenish foods for hot and cold buffets to include, but not limited to, fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot food, etc.
Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards
Transport food items to and from the kitchen
Check, maintain and control inventory of food items
Restock outlet(s) with inventory and break down the buffet to clean, replace and set for next day
Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area
Put away food stock and dry goods according to established standards
