Job Description Ensure members and guests have an enjoyable dining experience by being a floating back up to assist the servers and bartenders in all aspects of service.

Requirements

Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests and co-workers.
Multi-lingual is always a plus.
Working on your feet, moving about at a quick pace for long hours at a time
Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 35 pounds
Must be able to work in a hot environment
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Offer support to the service staff
Work a variety of special events within the resort, outdoor spaces and the beach
Assist in running food and clearing tables
Provide bread and water service to guests
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surroundings
