JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, delivers and explain items table side, communicate efficiently, and cleans appropriate areas ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED preferred and minimum of one year experience in a moderate volume establishment related to food service.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, delivers and explain items table side, communicate efficiently, and cleans appropriate areas ensuring a memorable guest experience.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/Departmental Policies and Procedures.
• Knowledgeable of all facets to the operation as well as property.
• Knowledgeable of restaurant seating plan including sections, table number and seat numbers; knowledgeable of restaurant (ordering) systems; expediting systems.
• Is familiar with all menu; menu specification and specials.
• Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, safe, hazard- free work environment within the area of responsibility.
• Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities.
• Serves all guests according to established standards of service.
• Delivers all items in a timely and courteous manner.
