About The Position

Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, located on Sanibel Island, is seeking an enthusiastic Food Runner to join our fabulous team. Requirements

Must be able to carry a tray of food and dishes weighing up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
Work schedule will include evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
100% responsibility for quality guests' experience
Transports food from kitchen to guest using correct table numbers and seat positions.
Set up all condiments and kitchen expo line
Complete assigned side work and closing duties
Expedites all orders from the hot, cold and sushi windows.
Communicates with servers, bartenders, and kitchen
Helps pre-bussing tables
Helps returning full dish tubs back to the kitchen
Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
Have complete knowledge of all policies, standards and procedures of the department
Be familiar with resort services, amenities, and outlets
