Job Summary To assist the wait staff in the service of food and beverages. III. Job Tasks (Duties) 1. Learn basic operational functions of POS system, such as ordering food and beverage and the opening, printing, splitting, and closing of a check. 2. Assists servers in their tasks 3. Placing Reservation Cards accordingly 4. Pour water to members upon arrival 5. Serve butter and bread to members upon arrival 6. Assists in carrying food trays to table 7. Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish washing area 8. Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen 9. Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items 10. Cleans dining areas 11. Assists in stocking servers' station with supplies 12. Collects trash from all dining areas 13. Dusts chairs before and after meals 14. Assembles food on tray, procures items from each station as necessary 15. Delivers food to specified dining area 16. Any other duties as deemed necessary 17. Set up and break down dining rooms as directed
