Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Must have strong customer service/communication skills; must be fluent in English.
- Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess.
- Provides clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers.
- Sets tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required.
- Attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner.
- Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
