Requirements

  • Pleasant, polite demeanor with a neat and clean appearance.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in verifying orders, plate accuracy, and presentation.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with the capacity to resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of personality types while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver food orders to guest tables promptly and professionally.
  • Expedite food orders from the kitchen by organizing and prioritizing dishes according to ticket times and table numbers.
  • Ensure accuracy of all orders before leaving the kitchen, including garnishments, sides, and presentation per brand standards.
  • Monitor portion control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked expo line throughout service.
  • Communicate clearly with line cooks, servers, hosts, and management regarding out-of-stock (86’d) items, ticket times, special orders, allergy alerts, and modifications to maintain smooth service.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency on the line and in the dining room as needed.
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Report to scheduled shifts on time and in uniform per company policy.
  • Know and comply with all company policies and procedures related to this position.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
