As a Food Runner at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will play an integral role in supporting Food & Beverage Colleagues and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. This role involves consistently offering professional, engaging, and friendly service, assisting servers with all aspects of the dining experience, and having comprehensive knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods, beverage lists, and promotions. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper setup of all side stations and adhering to all outlet policies, procedures, service standards, and safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
