About The Position

Food Runner – Mountain Creek Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Manager SNOW Partners Mission Statement: “To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.” About Mountain Creek: Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge. How the Food Runner works with the Team: A Food Runner will need to ensure proper delivery of all food and beverage items to the guests

Requirements

• Ability to carry large food trays weighing up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• 16 years or older
• Available weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner while serving the guests food selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures, & Health Dept. Laws
• Assist cooks, waitstaff and bartenders in maintaining station stock
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and food stations
• Relay food and beverage products from the back of the house to the guests
• Knowledgeable with the products the business unit has, to help guests with any questions or concerns
