About The Position
Peacemaker Lobster & Crab brings the best of the coast to Kirkwood, serving fresh lobster, crab, oysters, po’boys, and seafood boils in a laid-back, stylish atmosphere. In partnership with 4 Hands Brewing Co., we deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience where incredible seafood meets craft beer and cocktails. As our Kirkwood location continues to grow and transition into a full-service restaurant this fall , our Food Runners play a vital role in making sure every guest receives top-quality service and perfectly prepared dishes. What You’ll Do As a Food Runner , you’ll be the link between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring accuracy, speed, and presentation.
Requirements
- Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong communicator who works well with both FOH and BOH teams
- Physically able to carry multiple plates and be on your feet for the duration of a shift
Nice To Haves
- Previous food running or restaurant support experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
- Double-checking ticket details to ensure plates match guest orders
- Assisting servers with running food, refilling drinks, and guest needs
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service flowing
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expo and dining areas
- Supporting the team during peak hours, including weekends and events
