The primary responsibility of the Food Runner is setting up and carrying trays, organizing plates and the expo station, delivering food from kitchen to the guest, explaining food items to the guest, assisting the Food Server and completing side work while maintaining health code standards. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and policies, practices, and procedures.
