About The Position

The Food Runner plays a crucial role in providing an excellent dining experience by ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests. This position requires excellent coordination, communication, and a focus on guest satisfaction. The Food Runner supports servers and kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth flow of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the guests’ tables.
• Ensure orders are complete and meet the restaurant’s quality standards before delivery.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding any order updates or modifications.
• Provide assistance to servers as needed, such as refilling drinks, clearing tables, or resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, server stations, and kitchen pass.
• Address guest inquiries courteously or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Handle food and beverages safely, adhering to hygiene and health regulations.
• Assist with side work, such as restocking items, polishing utensils, or other preparatory tasks.
