POSITION SUMMARY An Andretti Food Runner is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
- Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.
- Ensure proper plate quality before food items are delivered to guests.
- Communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to any special needs i.e. food allergies.
- Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and restock outside expo.
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar table and seating numbers.
- Proper disposal of broken glassware.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.
- Anticipate and respond to Guests in a friendly and positive manner.
- Assist with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
- Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
- Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
