About The Position

At Texas Card House, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our guests. We take pride in delivering memorable, positive experiences for every one who walks through our doors. The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves ensuring that orders are accurate, presenting food in an appealing way, and providing excellent customer service. The Food Runner works closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination and a positive dining experience for guests. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency are essential for success in this role. Requirements

Active Food Handler’s Certification (Required)
Active TABC Certification (Required)
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment (preferred)
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area by refilling drinks, bussing tables, and ensuring proper table setup.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
Follow all Texas Card House food safety and sanitation procedures.
