ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain overall cleanliness of food stations from the FOH perspective while maintaining cleanliness and stir product to maintain freshness. Mains assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition Maintain quality and presence of food on the food stations Change or refresh food on food stations Notify cooks when preparation of food is necessary to maintain food stations Work with Stewarding staff reporting any areas that need to be addressed from a cleanliness or safety perspective. Must maintain professional appearance at all times, staying upbeat and positive. Adhere to kitchen maintenance sanitation programs Other duties assigned by Chef.
