About the role: • Ensures the prompt delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining room. • Assists Waitpersons in a cooperative manner to ensure efficient service to guests. • Deliver food to guests using standards fine dining etiquette. • Adhere to the principles of basic food service, delivering hot food hot and cold food cold. • Familiarizes self with all food items on both printed and daily menus. • Adheres to proper food safety and sanitation standards. • Completes assigned side work as directed. • Maintain excellent communication with the expeditor. Requirements

  • High School graduate preferred.
  • Literacy and fluency in English
  • Above average communication and interactive skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
  • Provides Family-Style Service to all team members and guests and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
  • Ability to constantly lift items up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry large, heavy banquet trays and beverage trays weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 90 lbs.
  • Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas.
  • Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to hear and use visual inspection.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and climb stairs.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years front of house fine dining experience preferred.
