About The Position

Assists Food Servers and Bartenders with providing food service to guests. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to navigate quickly and efficiently from one location to another.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the guests’ table.
• Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner.
• Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.
• Obtains and distributes all requested supplies as needed in a timely manner.
• Removes all dishes, silverware and condiments after guests have completed their entrees.
• Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times.
