About The Position

Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Food Runners work closely with servers and kitchen staff to deliver food and beverages to tables accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized service area while supporting the overall flow of the dining room.

Requirements

• Able to understand and speak using the predominant language(s) of guests.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Exceptional grooming habits.
• Excellent basic mathematical skills.
• Able to handle money & operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Pack Brothers Hospitality.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all food orders are presented properly, with correct garnishes, accompaniments, and temperatures.
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff regarding order details, modifications, and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen pass, expo line, and service stations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns by relaying information to the appropriate server or manager.
• Stock and replenish service areas with silverware, plates, and other necessary supplies.
• Support bussers and servers to ensure smooth table turns and exceptional guest service.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Assist fellow employees as needed to meet guest needs and support overall operations.
• Assist with packaging and delivering to-go orders when needed.
• Help polish silverware and glassware to maintain presentation standards.
• Support banquet or private dining service as required.
