Responsibilities

• Serve food from the kitchen to guests seated in the restaurant.
• Provide all necessary utensils and condiments for dinner orders.
• Act as a liaison between the front of house and back of house team members.
• Expedite food orders when necessary.
• Ensure quality of food preparation and presentation meets department standards before serving.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department and Food Safety standards.
• Break down deliveries and store products in designated areas.
• Maintain and clean all front of house equipment.
• Set up front of house areas for success by stocking and organizing shelves.
• Perform side work including polishing silverware and refilling condiment containers.
