Requirements

• Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina with the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Food Handler's certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Food Delivery: Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any needs or questions they may have and reporting feedback to management.
• Table Maintenance: Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas, including restocking supplies, clearing tables, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Quality Control: Inspect food items before delivery to ensure quality, presentation, and accuracy of orders.
• Order Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate the flow of orders, ensuring that each dish reaches the correct table promptly.
• Support Staff: Provide support to servers and other dining staff by assisting with various tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth and efficient dining service.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all food service areas.
