About The Position

The Food Runner ensures prompt and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests during the music festival. This role helps maintain smooth service flow, supports servers and kitchen staff, and contributes to an excellent guest experience. This is a seasonal role from September 1, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 and is tip eligible. This position will remain open until January 1, 2026.

Requirements

• Prior food service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to carry trays and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to guests and service areas
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Assist with expediting orders and maintaining service flow
• Ensure food presentation standards are upheld during delivery
• Maintain cleanliness in service and dining areas
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Support event staff with additional duties as needed
