About The Position

Cascade Restaurant is seeking a reliable, energetic Food Runner to support our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. As a Food Runner, you are the critical link between the kitchen and dining room—ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with care.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on their feet, and takes pride in creating smooth, memorable dining experiences for guests.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to maintain flow of service
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests when delivering food
• Support overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
