The Food Runner - Room Service position is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchens to guests. Key duties include refilling, setting/resetting, stocking, clearing, and cleaning dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, and napkin holders. The role requires providing excellent customer service, fostering a fun and exciting environment, promoting positive interactions with co-workers and guests, and maintaining professionalism. Adherence to company and departmental policies, health & sanitation guidelines, and uniform standards is crucial. Additional tasks involve preparing food orders, setting trays, transporting items to food service areas, maintaining breakdown areas and condiment tables, completing all set-up, stocking, and closing duties on time, and ensuring a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced setting and comply with state liquor laws.
