Work with Room Service Team in the serving of guests to ensure positive guest experience. The position involves setting up and delivering all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and policies as prescribed by company standards. Responsibilities also include conducting floor sweeps and retrieving all food and beverage trays to maintain established sanitation guidelines, setting up and delivering all VIP amenities, servicing all hospitality suites in accordance with Banquet Event Orders, completing all shift side work as outlined in the hotel’s operating policies and procedures, responding to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience, reporting all communication to the immediate shift supervisor, performing all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures, complying with attendance rules, and being available to work on a regular basis. Additional job-related duties may be assigned.
