Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida's vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth. Join our Food and Beverage team today. We are looking for food runners to support waitstaff in carrying beverages and meal items to designated tables. You will work closely with wait staff to determine their needs, carrying food items from the expediting counter to the table and cleanup responsibilities at the conclusion of service.

  • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Check in with customers during their meal to ensure a satisfactory dining experience.
  • Handle various impromptu requests from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Uphold sanitation and food safety principles to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment.
  • Assist in bussing tables by removing dirty dishes and trash to ensure cleanliness.
  • Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure patrons have all the necessary tableware they need to enjoy their food comfortably.
  • Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties to address any issues promptly and improve service quality.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • High degree of organizational skill.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry upwards of 30 pounds.
  • Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
