About The Position

The position involves assisting food servers and bartenders in providing food service to guests at Caesars Entertainment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate quickly and efficiently from one location to another.
• Required to perform customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bartenders with food service to guests.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables.
• Communicate in a friendly and respectful manner with guests.
• Provide consistent, timely, and accurate information to guests.
• Obtain and distribute requested supplies in a timely manner.
• Remove dishes, silverware, and condiments after guests have completed their meals.
• Follow kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times.
• Provide family-style service at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
