About The Position

As a Gourmet Food Runner your role will include: The Gourmet Food Runner is responsible for setting up and carrying trays, organizing plates and expo station, delivering food from the kitchen to the guest, explain food items to the guest, assist Expeditor and Food Server, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in English in a professional manner
• Minimum of 1-year previous work experience as food runner in a casual/fine-dining restaurant
• Exhibit food & basic service knowledge including steps of service
• Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above
