Description for Food Runner: Provides friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests Knows all table numbers, stations and floor plans Assists server as needed in serving beverages and delivering food to tables. Clears and cleans tables following guest departures. Checks table condiments and fill if necessary. Sets table with appropriate utensils and other necessary items. Assists guests as necessary. Performs other food service related duties, including general cleaning and set up. All other duties as assigned. Description for Food Expeditor: Executes service to customers in a timely fashion. Act as a liaison between management, wait staff, and kitchen personnel to ensure that guests receive their food on a priority basis. Ensures that all food leaving the kitchen is to The Big Easy standard and reaches the guest promptly. Assists with food preparation when needed. Replenishes service lines as necessary. Reviews production schedule to determine food requirements, including variety and quantity of food for preparation Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at stations to ensure a smooth service period. Mains a clean and sanitary work station area. Closes the kitchen area properly and follows the closing checklist. Assists others in closing. Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty. All other duties as assigned.
