We are currently looking for a Food Runner / Expeditor to join our team —someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision, timing, and presentation. Requirements

• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Team-first mindset and clear communication skills
• Passion for restaurants, food, and hospitality
• Experience in high-volume or upscale dining preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver dishes from two kitchens—our hot line and sushi bar
• Ensure food is accurate, complete, and perfectly timed
• Maintain clear, constant communication between chefs and service team
• Organize tickets and manage flow to keep service smooth and efficient
• Act as the final quality check before dishes hit the table
