About The Position

The position is responsible for providing quality food and service to Harrah's guests. This includes ensuring that hot food from the kitchen is immediately served to guests in the dining room and that all plate presentations adhere to the guidelines set by the culinary team. The role requires prioritizing hot food waiting to be served, greeting and serving meals to customers, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Observing sanitary and safety requirements, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the proper presentation and temperature of food are also key responsibilities. The position adheres to regulatory departmental and company policies.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months kitchen experience in a high volume establishment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Well-groomed appearance.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to react to changing business demands.
  • Ability to uphold integrity and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
