About The Position

As a Food Runner / Busser , you are an essential part of delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience for our members and guests. Working closely with the service and culinary teams, you help ensure food is delivered promptly, tables are maintained to the highest standards, and the dining room operates smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and pride in maintaining a clean and polished environment support the exceptional level of service our private club is known for.

Requirements

Prior experience in a food runner, busser, or hospitality support role preferred, but not required.
Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support others.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry trays, dishware, or items up to 30 pounds.
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to tables promptly, accurately, and with care.
Assist servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas.
Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed to enhance the member experience.
Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff regarding table needs, timing, and guest requests.
Support setup and breakdown of dining rooms, banquets, and special events.
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and club service standards.
Anticipate service needs and assist the team to ensure smooth service flow.
