About The Position

Our support staff is responsible for assisting servers, bartenders, and expo with providing service to our guest. Requirements

• Full time & part time available.
• Able to work flexible hours, days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Exhibits strong beverage knowledge.
• 1-year high volume experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in difficult weather conditions including heat, rain, and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order
• Double check the order before it goes to a customer
• Organize food tickets for the check
• Place silverware on the table
• Clean off tables after customers have left
• Answer any questions the customer may have
• Refill customer drinks as needed
• Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
