Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist servers by ensuring that all items are accurately presented and accounted for.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or special requests promptly.
• Help customers with their orders.
• Ring up customers on a POS system.
• Make espresso drinks (training provided if no experience).
• Re-stock pastries and bread.
• Take phone orders.
• Clean and sanitize front of the house and help with back of the house as needed.
