About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Bar Food Runner / Barback to support bartenders and kitchen staff in delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality service. This role is essential to keeping bar operations running smoothly by assisting with food delivery, bar setup, restocking, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in supporting the team.

Must be able to lift 30 pounds
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors

Nice To Haves

Prior bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the bar and guest tables promptly and accurately
Ensure food is presented properly and meets quality standards before delivery
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff regarding order timing and special requests
Assist with clearing plates and maintaining clean service areas
Stock and restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and napkins
Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
Assist bartenders during peak hours to ensure fast and efficient drink service
Remove empty bottles, trash, and recycling; maintain cleanliness behind the bar
Help with bar opening and closing duties as assigned
