About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a Production Specialist who is passionate about production and enjoys working early shifts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, work well in teams, and make guests their top priority. This role involves handling production for key items to support various departments including Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce. The position requires maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items, assisting guests in finding products and complete meal solutions, ensuring excellent product quality through proper rotation, cleaning, and sanitation procedures, completing necessary reports, and following all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols. Team members are also expected to present themselves professionally, adhering to uniform standards.

Requirements

• A passion for providing extraordinary service
• At least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Production Planning Software experience

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests in finding products and complete meal solutions
• Ensure excellent product is ready for our guests by inspecting our store products for proper rotation, cleaning, sanitation procedures, completing reports as necessary
• Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
