About The Position

GLISS is now hiring reliable, hard-working individuals to join a fast-paced bottling and packaging facility in Salem, OR . Willing to train individuals with limited machine operating experience but MUST have food production experience, at least 1 year. Ability to learn quickly and perform more detailed work in a loud and busy environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for full 8-hour shifts
• Ability to lift and stack boxes regularly 30-50lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety rules
• MUST have food production experience, at least 1 year

Nice To Haves

• Prior food production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate pressing machinery to manufacture food products.
• Stand for the entire shift in a fast-moving environment
• Reach, bend and press throughout the entire shift.
• Package, label, and stack finished products as needed.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety and company guidelines.
• Support the team with general production tasks as needed.
