About The Position
We have a hugely exciting opportunity for a Food Production Manager to join our DO & CO Family in Metro Detroit. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of a team, responsible for the coordination of a designated food production area. The designated manager functions as a link between Planning & Production, Product Quality and the customer facing Front End entailing Events, Charters, Account coordination. With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world.
