Prepares food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and may be directed by the Production Coordinator, and/or Director of Nutritional Services to assure that quality food service is provided at all times. Under the supervision of the Production Coordinator, is responsible for hot food preparation, food waste and proper HACCP procedures. (Maryville specific summary) This position works under the supervision of the Manager, Lead, or Resource and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
