About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member position at Circle K involves providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, maintaining a clean restaurant environment through general housekeeping, and preparing and serving food items in strict accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards are consistently met. Key duties also include keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records, adhering to all government laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports following company policy. • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead

• Follows all government laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
