About The Position

As a Food Prep team member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food items in accordance with company recipes and standards. Your role will involve ensuring the kitchen areas are clean, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role in a food service establishment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a hot and noisy environment.
• Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexible schedule including eweekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients for menu items as per recipes.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
