The Restaurant Shift Lead directly supervises the operations of a shift in a restaurant. This position coordinates the work of team members assigned to the shift and maintains the Company and Brand operational standards ensuring all guests leave satisfied. The role includes providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, coaching team members, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, assigning shift duties, ensuring food items are prepared and served according to regulations, and monitoring cash and inventory control records.
