About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and portion all fruit and food according to recipes and standards.
  • Comply with food safety requirements, including checking and maintaining temperature, dating and labeling products, and rotating products.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, stoves, ovens, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
  • Complete side work for the station and shift.
  • Close the prep areas correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
  • Assist others in closing stations and the kitchen.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
