Requirements
- Must be able to stand continuously throughout the shift
- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.
- 16 and 17 years and older encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Flexible schedules available.
- If over 18 must agree to a background screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with prep cooking encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans.
- Keep work areas neat and clean.
- Return all clean dishes to storage areas.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
- Support the kitchen staff in maintaining clean and safe work environment.
- Unload dishes and utensils from machines and organize them properly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
