About The Position

Join our growing TEAM! We are searching for an experienced Cook for a medical facility located in Henderson, TX Monday - Friday + every other weekend - rotating shift 6am-2:30pm/10am-630pm Must be available to work the rotating shift hours above before applying Rate of pay: $15 Position Details: Prepare, cook, and plate meals for patients, staff, and special events, following specific recipes and portion guidelines. Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols, including temperature control, proper storage, and maintaining a clean work area. Monitor and order food supplies, and track inventory to ensure freshness and availability. Assist in other areas/ or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required
• Proficient in cooking and food prep techniques
• Strong understanding od food safety, sanitation, and nutrition
• Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately
• Knowledge of operation of kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test
