About The Position
The Food Operations Supervisor at Nottoway Correctional Center supervises the activities of inmates in the preparation and serving of meals for the population and staff. This position is responsible for training inmates in all kitchen policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of food safety, sanitation, and quality in a cost-efficient manner.
