About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Keller Independent School District located in Keller, TX. The selected candidate will provide operational oversight for the food and nutrition department within a district that is comprised of 41 schools and approximately 35,000 students. This is a key leadership role in establishing and maintaining an exceptionally high level of food service operational standards. This is a long tenured and showcase account for Sodexo! Requirements

• Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
• Previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• Previous experience working in a K-12 environment
• Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Driver's license is required

Responsibilities

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations
• Deliver high quality food service
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic/operational plans
• Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly paid staff)
• Ensure Sodexo and National School Lunch (NSLP)/USDA standards are met
