Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated Food Operations Manager 3 for their Culinary Center in Brooklyn, NY. The Sodexo Culinary Center / Cook Chill Building services New York City Health + Hospitals (H+H), providing 15,000 meals daily to 11 acute care facilities, 4 long-term care locations, and 1 senior center. The Food Operations Manager 3 will report to the General Manager, manage a team of 4 union employees, and ensure high quality food service for patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in food operations management, team leadership, and operational efficiency in a strong unionized healthcare environment.
