Requirements

• Proven success managing college/university retail dining or similar high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and inspire diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of financial management, including purchasing, budgets, and cost control.
• Experience implementing food safety, sanitation, and service quality standards.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• A passion for hospitality, food, and people —with a focus on creating a positive culture that drives results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and retail operations to ensure excellence in quality, service, and presentation.
• Train, develop, and lead a large management and hourly team (union environment experience a plus).
• Manage purchasing, food and labor costs, and budget performance to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Uphold Sodexo's food and physical safety programs and compliance standards.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and partnership.
• Champion service excellence, promoting a positive and engaging customer experience across all dining locations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with both client and company goals.
